


CLEANSE GUIDE
During your one-day journey with us, you will only be consuming our products. We recommend you refrain from consuming anything else, aside from prescribed medication (ex. Coffee, food, gum, and over the counter medicines). We recommend drinking plenty of water and exercising to help the detoxification process. Begin with 6-8 oz. of warm lime water and continue your day with the designated smoothie/juice (each detox is numbered). It is recommended to consume a smoothie/juice every 2-3 hours and don’t forget about your teas! Green tea is our substitute for your coffee having 30-50 mg of caffeine. Our chamomile tea is recommended around bedtime to wind down and relax the body after a long day of detoxing. You will be receiving an instructive card on your first delivery.
