Best way to drink: Orange, Green, Yellow, Green.

Best foods to eat while cleansing: High fiber foods, vegetables, salads, fermented foods, soups (broth), fruits, nuts, seeds.

You should eat 1 to 2 meals a day since you are already consuming your calories in nutrients.

Cucumbers have numerous nutrients, including electrolytes, calcium, vitamin K, fiber and Cucurbitaceae. All of these nutrients help with cancer prevention, cardiovascular health, diabetes, inflammation and the health of your skin.

Kale

Kale is one of the most nutrient-dense foods that exist. It contains antioxidants beta carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, and vitamin C, omega-3 fatty acid alpha linolenic-acid, flavonoids, vitamin k, calcium, magnesium, potassium and, unlike many other leafy greens is low in oxalate which normally prevents nutrients from being absorbed.
