*Free Shipping does not apply to residents of Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charge is calculated at checkout. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Wednesday will ship out the following Monday.

If products in your order are damaged or arrive in poor quality, please contact us at support@spartandetox.com or call 786-448-7511 immediately. We will either replace the product(s) at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you with a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for the product(s).

If your shipping tracking information states your package was delivered, you will have to contact the shipping company and file a claim for a missing package. Once you have a claim number, please send that over to us via phone or email, and we will send out a replacement or issue you a refund, whichever option you would prefer. Orders placed via a Third Party Promotional Sites must be refunded through the respective promotional site. Since the respective point of purchase (i.e. Groupon) is the actual merchant to charge your credit card, we do not have access to the information needed to provide you with a refund. As such, you will need to contact this third party directly. If you need help reaching or initiating the third party's customer support, we will assist you in any way we can.

We cannot deliver on Sundays or Mondays or to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States.

We ship your juices and smoothies frozen.

Freezing is the best and most convenient way to preserve the nutrition and flavors of our juices and smoothies. We freeze each bottle within minutes and ship your order frozen so you can have juices and smoothies delivered to your door without feeling rushed to consume them before they go bad. When your order arrives you can either start consuming the bottles immediately or store them in your freezer and pull them out as you need them.
