I stock my fridge and some days I’ll do a one or two day cleanse every week. But religiously I’m starting my mornings with hot water with lemon, then a ginger shot, a tumeric shot, and on the way to work I’ll have a green smoothie of my choice since I buy the half gallons of most flavors. I have an extra freezer in my house stocked with a supply at all times. Just keeps me running well and feeling well. I don’t drink coffee anymore. It’s wild. Just incorporated it as a daily maintenance and it’s worked beautifully. I had been having some major digestive issues and ibs and this fucking STOPED it. I’m telling you it healed my gut completely.
