Carrots

Carrots contain the soluble fiber pectin, and the insoluble fibers cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin. They also contain biotin, potassium, beta carotene and alpha-carotene (which become Vitamin A), Vitamin B, K, and potassium.

Oranges
