16oz -Suggested for individuals with a regular appetite who engage in daily, routine activities.
20oz - For individuals with a substantial hunger and who are dedicated to intense workouts or their daily routines.

Well this Detox is the one for you! I did the 3 days and i feel AMAZING! The 2nd day can be a little difficult but trust the process! The 3rd i woke up feeling unstoppable! Full of energy, feeling light on my morning run, and lifting solid on my strength training. I will be running this Detox back again because my body thanked me for it! AND YOURS WILL TOO!!
It was an enlightening experience because I had to work on my mind most of all. Fighting the feeling of hunger was very mental, once I pushed through the feeling, my body followed. Energy wise, I felt great the entire time. I was able to do all that I normally do without feeling tired or weak. On day 3 was when I really started to feel the inflammation go down. I was even struggling with some knee pain the last few weeks and that feels so much better. It was a great reset for my body! I feel great 👌 My skin is completely clear, including my back which I usually have a few breakouts and that’s gone. I can see more definition in my torso area and behind the thighs as well. I learned a lot about my body. I learned that my mind is the one that should be controlling my body, not the other way around. Once you tell yourself what you need, your body will follow. This was my 1st time ever doing a Spartan detox and on my first day I had somewhat of a headache and felt a lil hungry which is normal when your body is removing toxins but by day 2 & 3 I felt so much better. I could have kept going! I noticed better sleep and my clothes was fitting better. I recommend this to anyone and everyone looking to cleanse their body. Feeling so good, and almost forgot to mention, I was able to drop 5 pounds which an added bonus to my experience.
