Tasted awful, and hated the consistancy. The lemon cucumber water was good so I’m thinking the juices might be a little better but I couldn’t get through the first three smoothies.

I enjoyed the 3 day detox so much that I’m already doing it again and it’s been less than one month. I love the taste of the smoothies and the high amounts of fiber they contain are truly beneficial for keeping me regular. I’m so glad that I was introduced to Spartan Detox at the Yoga Expo a couple of years ago in California. Then I discovered you guys are local from Miami like me. It was truly meant to be. I went from not wanting to try the green smoothie because I didn’t like how it looked to now loving how they all taste.
