5-DAY DETOX (JUICE/SMOOTHIE CLEANSE)

Our five-day program offers you more time to get better results from your cleanse. Although longer, you will notice a bigger change in weight, mindfulness, and an overall sense of well-being. Bad foods can be addicting but our cleanse will start you on a healthier path of living.

20oz Smoothie Detox

In my eyes, a smoothie detox is a lot better for those individuals that have not cleansed in a while, eat heavy foods often, and/or are looking for a big weight loss. These smoothies have lots of fiber, which will help flush out all the nasty stuff stuck in your organs, such as the GI tract and colon, and in turn, help you feel well and be the real you.

10oz Juice Pressed Detox

If you’ve already tried a detox before, or if your eating habits are on the light side, you definitely need to give these juices a try. They have a higher concentration of nutritional value since we press out the fiber (we use twice the amount of fruit and veggies than in smoothies!) which is key in rebooting the cells in your body. If you’re looking for power, energy, and focus this Juice Detox is for you!

CLEANSE GUIDE

During your five-day journey with us, you will only be consuming our products. We recommend you refrain from consuming anything else, aside from prescribed medication (ex. Coffee, food, gum, and over the counter medicines). We recommend drinking plenty of water and exercising to help the detoxification process. Your detox program will become a three-day routine. Begin with 6-8 oz. of warm lime water and continue your day with the designated smoothie/juice (each detox is numbered). It is recommended to consume a smoothie/juice every 2-3 hours and don’t forget about your teas! Green tea is our substitute for your coffee having 30-50 mg of caffeine. WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

Thank you so much! Your company is definitely on the right track. I had no issues whatsoever. I received my smoothies daily and they were fresh and cold. Thanks for what you’re doing to help get people healthy! 🏼 can’t wait to do the 5-day detox next!

Samantha J.

Loved it. Drank all my juices and liked them all a lot except the very last one. Didn’t drink that one. I just can’t stomach beets. The only thing I would do is ask clients is there anything you just won’t do and offer them a substitute. Lost nine pounds and drank my lime water this morning which I will continue doing. Gave your number to my friend Maria as well. Thanks so much!  Look forward to doing it again soon

Lina F
