I watched the strongest man I’ve ever known slowly fade not all at once, but little by little.
Until the man who once carried everything was down to 35 pounds, holding my hand as he left this world.
He never complained.
He never made it about himself.
He never even told me to “take care of mom.”
He simply showed me what it means to be a man. He taught me that strength isn’t loud.
That suffering doesn’t need an audience.
That dignity, discipline, and love are the ultimate wins. He lived over 29 years with Parkinson’s and that is not easy.
What helped him most wasn’t more medication. It was less drugs and more natural support.

Today, he may not be here physically.
