Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

These are estimated transit times provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Sparn Detox is not liable for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
