3-Day Detox (Juice Cleanse or Smoothie Detox)

I am a very picky eater when it comes to certain food and drinks. The taste of these detox are a 10/10. Most of the green drinks I felts as I was drinking a lemonade. I will definitely be doing another detox in 3 months from now.

My husband and I did the 3 day detox together. He lost 10 pounds & I lost 5 . This is the second time we do it and we’ve loved the results .
Changes I have noticed:
I’m not craving sweets all the time .
I am satisfied with a lot less food .
I am OK with not eating everything on my plate.
I’m not always thinking about my next meal “food noise” which is a big problem for me .
THE PROCESS IS HARD , you’re gonna wanna quit but if you don’t ITS SO REWARDING!

I stock my fridge and some days I’ll do a one or two day cleanse every week. But religiously I’m starting my mornings with hot water with lemon, then a ginger shot, a tumeric shot, and on the way to work I’ll have a green smoothie of my choice since I buy the half gallons of most flavors. I have an extra freezer in my house stocked with a supply at all times. Just keeps me running well and feeling well. I don’t drink coffee anymore. It’s wild. Just incorporated it as a daily maintenance and it’s worked beautifully. I had been having some major digestive issues and ibs and this fucking STOPED it. I’m telling you it healed my gut completely. Customer for life over here. I’ve bought the juicer, the fruit and veggies etc but it actually costs me more to make them myself (plus I can’t with the tumeric stains lol) the convenience of not having to worry about anything except getting my package at the door and stocking my freezer Plus the specialist visits and all the health bs I was running into stopped which is priceless Honestly this has changed my quality of life so quickly.
