I highly recommend the 3-Day Detox (Juice or
Smoothie). Day 1: Release of water retention. Day 2:
Reduced bloating, increased energy, and a gentle detoxification process. I completed a three mile run and a three mile power walk. Day 3: The final stretch, my body was feeling relaxed, less soreness and inflammation. I completed a three mile run and a four mile power walk. I felt incredible during and after my cleanse. I completely reset my stomach, my cravings, and removed the toxins out of my gut. I do not recommend working out unless you have permission from your physician. All the juices were rich in taste and refreshing. Most importantly, The Spar’N Family are compassionate about the community and their business. They delivered excellent customer service and support!

I’m not big on writing reviews but I have to now. Me and my wife ordered from Spartan. She got the 3 day detox 12oz with the 3 energy shots and I just got the 3 day detox 12oz. First of all, they taste real good. This is coming from a guy who lives on pizza and pasta. Very easy to do. After the first day, my wife says, let’s do another 3 day. We thought we were going to be miserable and starving. Not the case at all. We just finished our 6 day detox. It’s hard to describe but you feel different. A very good different. It’s hard to explain. Well, we weren’t expecting this but my wife lost 9 pounds in 6 days and I lost 21 pounds. If you don’t believe me and think I’m being convinced or paid to say this, write something and I’ll get in touch with you. This is no joke!
10/10 recommend as my stomach you can clearly see the difference in definition. The drinks were great variety it felt like I ordered a meal prep. Super effective and delicious. Will try again soon!
